Yes. The referral tracking dashboard shows the status of all sent referrals. For electronic referrals, you can see delivery confirmation. You can set up automatic reminders if responses are not received within expected timeframes, ensuring referrals do not get lost in the system.

Yes. If your practice has NHS Mail accounts, Jump can integrate for sending and receiving clinical correspondence. This allows secure communication with NHS organisations without manual copying between systems. Your NHS Mail inbox can sync with Jump for automatic filing of incoming correspondence.

Electronic documents received via integrated channels are automatically filed to patient records. Paper documents can be scanned and uploaded, with Jump suggesting the correct patient based on document content. All filed documents appear in the patient's timeline and are searchable.

Where we have integration with laboratories (such as The Doctors Laboratory), orders can be sent electronically and results received directly into the patient record. For labs without electronic integration, you can generate printed order forms with patient details and test requests populated from the system.

Jump uses encryption for all electronic communications containing patient data. NHS Mail integration uses the NHS's secure infrastructure. Non-NHS communications use TLS encryption in transit and are logged for audit purposes. All communications are stored securely as part of the patient record with appropriate access controls.
