Frequently asked questions
A clinician is any user who needs to create consultations, prescribe medications, or access patient clinical records. Administrative staff who only need to book appointments or manage invoices don't count as clinicians. The Professional plan includes unlimited clinicians.
No. Plans are month-to-month or annual. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. We'll help you export your data if you decide to leave.
All integrations are included in the Professional plan: Stripe and Xero for billing, The Doctors Laboratory for pathology results, Gmail and Firetext for communications, Google Drive for documents, and more.
