We are a health technology company that builds electronic health record software for private healthcare providers in the UK. Our system is the clinical record your provider uses to manage your consultations, prescriptions, test results, and more.
We are not your healthcare provider and we do not make clinical decisions. We build and maintain the technology your provider relies on to deliver your care safely and efficiently.
We always encrypt your data and never sell it.
We comply with UK GDPR and take data protection very seriously.
We follow clinical safety standards DCB0129 and DCB0160.
We are certified by Cyber Essentials Plus.

We built Jump EHR because we believe every patient deserves safe, thorough record-keeping - regardless of whether they are seen privately or on the NHS. That means proper drug interaction checks on every prescription, coded medical records, and modern tools that put you closer to your own care.

Data and security
Your data is safe with us
We understand that health data is some of the most sensitive information there is. That is why security is at the core of everything we build.
- Encrypted everywhere. Your data is encrypted when it is sent to us and when it is stored. Nobody can read it without the right credentials.
- Never sold. We do not sell your data. Ever. Our business model is providing great software to healthcare providers - not monetising patient information.
- Clinical safety standards. We follow DCB0129 and DCB0160, the same clinical safety standards applied to NHS health IT systems.
