Jump integrates with DocMan Connect to send documents directly to a patient's registered GP practice through the NHS GP exchange.
This feature must be enabled for your organisation. If the Send to NHS GP quick action is not visible, the app is not enabled for your organisation — contact your administrator.
Send to NHS GP is a patient-record quick action — not a button on the document itself.
Note: You only see this quick action when the Send to NHS GP app is enabled for your organisation. If it is missing, the app is not enabled — see the Send to NHS GP article in Integrations & Apps.
A success notification appears and the dialog closes automatically after a few seconds.
The following source types are supported:
The transfer is recorded in the document's audit trail, including the destination practice and timestamp.
Tip: Ensure the patient's registered GP is up to date in their demographics. The system uses this to pre-fill the destination practice.
Note: Sending documents to NHS GPs requires the Send to NHS GP module to be enabled with a valid ODS code. See the Send to NHS GP article in Integrations & Apps.
