Understand how patients interact with your online booking links using conversion funnels and session recordings.
Navigate to Reporting > Appointments and select the Online Booking tab.
Use the date range selector in the header to filter data. Options include Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and Last 90 days.
The Booking Funnel sub-tab shows three headline metrics:
Below the metrics, a funnel visualisation shows each step in the booking process:
Each step shows the count and the drop-off percentage from the previous step. This helps you identify where patients abandon the process.
The Session Recordings sub-tab shows video replays of patient booking sessions. Each recording shows:
Click a recording to watch the replay. Use these recordings to understand usability issues or confusing steps in the booking flow.
Tip: If your conversion rate is low, check the funnel to find the biggest drop-off point, then review session recordings from that step to understand why patients are leaving.nline Booking
