Online Booking Analytics

Understand how patients interact with your online booking links using conversion funnels and session recordings.

How to Get There

Navigate to Reporting > Appointments and select the Online Booking tab.

Date Range

Use the date range selector in the header to filter data. Options include Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and Last 90 days.

Booking Funnel

The Booking Funnel sub-tab shows three headline metrics:

  • Total Sessions - how many booking page visits occurred
  • Completed Bookings - how many resulted in a confirmed appointment
  • Conversion Rate - the percentage of sessions that converted

Below the metrics, a funnel visualisation shows each step in the booking process:

  1. Page View
  2. Details Entered
  3. Slot Selected
  4. Checkout Started
  5. Checkout Completed
  6. Payment Submitted
  7. Appointment Confirmed

Each step shows the count and the drop-off percentage from the previous step. This helps you identify where patients abandon the process.

Session Recordings

The Session Recordings sub-tab shows video replays of patient booking sessions. Each recording shows:

  • Duration - how long the session lasted
  • Active time - time spent actively interacting
  • Page count - number of pages visited
  • Click count - number of interactions

Click a recording to watch the replay. Use these recordings to understand usability issues or confusing steps in the booking flow.

Tip: If your conversion rate is low, check the funnel to find the biggest drop-off point, then review session recordings from that step to understand why patients are leaving.nline Booking

  • Appointment Reporting and Analytics
