The Summary tab is the default view when you open a patient record. It provides a quick overview of recent activity and one-click access to common actions.
At the top of the Summary tab, up to six action buttons provide fast access to frequent tasks:
The available actions and their order are configurable per organisation.
If the patient has any open draft consultations, they appear prominently at the top. Click a draft to resume editing.
The most recent completed consultations (up to three) are shown with their date, clinician, and a summary of the problems discussed.
Any tasks assigned to or about this patient are listed with their status and priority.
The bottom section shows a chronological feed of recent patient activity. Filter by:
Tip: The Summary tab is designed to give you the full picture of a patient in seconds. Check it before every consultation to see outstanding tasks, recent changes, and draft consultations waiting for you.
