Menopause Care Programme

The Menopause Care Programme provides a structured pathway for menopause assessment, treatment, and longitudinal monitoring with SNOMED-coded symptom tracking.

How to Enable

  1. Navigate to Apps > Menopause Care Programme
  2. Toggle Menopause Care Programme to on
  3. The programme dashboard becomes available on enrolled patient records

Data Sources

The programme dashboard aggregates:

  • Symptom scores - including Menopause Rating Scale (MRS) results
  • HRT prescribing records - hormone replacement therapy history
  • Clinical findings - safety and tolerability signals
  • Recalls - scheduled follow-up appointments
  • Episodes of care - linked consultation records

Configuring Questionnaires

The Questionnaires tab lets you choose which questionnaires appear on the programme dashboard:

  1. Open the Questionnaires tab
  2. Select or deselect questionnaires from the list - each shows its title and type (System template or Organisation questionnaire)
  3. Click Save to apply changes

Only responses to selected questionnaires will be shown on the programme dashboard and timeline.

Disabling

Toggle Menopause Care Programme to off. Existing patient data is retained.

Tip: Configure your questionnaires early so that patient responses are captured on the dashboard from the start of their enrolment.
