Patient.info adds a button to message composers that lets you search for and insert trusted health information links from NHS and verified sources.

How to Enable

1. Navigate to Apps > Patient.info
2. Toggle Patient.info to on
3. The Patient.info button immediately appears in all message composers across Jump

No external account or credentials are needed.

What It Does

When enabled, a Patient.info button appears in message composers (e.g. when sending an SMS or email to a patient). Clicking the button lets you:

• Search the Patient.info content library
• Browse health information leaflets, medication guides, and professional articles
• Insert a link directly into the message you are composing

Disabling

Toggle Patient.info to off. The button is removed from all message composers.
