Appointment Reporting and Analytics

The appointment reporting dashboard gives you operational insight into clinic utilisation, attendance patterns, and notification delivery.

How to Get There

Navigate to Reporting > Appointments from the top navigation.

Overview Tab

The default view shows key metrics for the last 30 days:

  • Appointments - total appointments in the period
  • DNA Rate - percentage of patients who did not attend, with the count shown
  • Upcoming - appointments in the next 7 days
  • Unique Patients Seen - distinct patients with completed appointments

Below the metrics, three charts provide visual breakdowns:

  • Appointments Per Day - a bar chart showing daily volume
  • Appointments by Type - a horizontal bar chart comparing appointment types
  • Appointments by Clinician - which clinicians have the most appointments

Clinician Performance Table

At the bottom of the Overview, a table shows per-clinician statistics:

Column Description
Clinician Clinician name
Appointments Total appointments
DNA Number of no-shows (highlighted in red if greater than zero)
Completion Rate Percentage of appointments completed

Appointments Tab

A full data table of all appointments with filters for:

  • Clinician, Location, Appointment Type
  • Date range and Status

Columns are customisable and the data can be sorted and paginated.

Notifications Tab

A log of all appointment notifications showing delivery status, channel (Email or SMS), trigger event, and timestamp. Use this to troubleshoot failed notifications.

Online Booking Tab

Links to the Online Booking Analytics view with conversion funnels and session recordings.

Tip: Check the DNA Rate regularly. A high rate may indicate issues with appointment reminders or scheduling practices.nline Booking Analytics
