The appointment reporting dashboard gives you operational insight into clinic utilisation, attendance patterns, and notification delivery.
Navigate to Reporting > Appointments from the top navigation.
The default view shows key metrics for the last 30 days:
Below the metrics, three charts provide visual breakdowns:
At the bottom of the Overview, a table shows per-clinician statistics:

A full data table of all appointments with filters for:
Columns are customisable and the data can be sorted and paginated.
A log of all appointment notifications showing delivery status, channel (Email or SMS), trigger event, and timestamp. Use this to troubleshoot failed notifications.

Tip: Check the DNA Rate regularly. A high rate may indicate issues with appointment reminders or scheduling practices.
The Appointments report has a Billing filter and a Billing column, for chasing money against appointments.
Leave the filter unset to list every appointment with its billing state shown in the column. The filter is applied on the server, so it stays quick over a long period.
